This is a screen-capture of the way my computer looked at the time, my desktop.
All the different elements are different programs, like RainMeter (clock, weather, power-controls) and AIMP3 (the media-player/playlist).
To customize your own computer to look something like this, you'd need to download each RainMeter-skin I have, the same RocketDock-skin, etc., and adjust them all the way I did. Or you could do something else, a totally different setup.
You need to use Google, find out about: RainMeter, RocketDock, AIMP, how to install 3rd party themes on Windows 7, how to replace system-files in Windows 7, how to install custom icons in Windows 7, etc......
Just too much to go into here.....But, if you are interested, you'll do the research. Sorry I can't help you more.:D
